COVID-19 Safety Precautions
Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the Sardis Weekday School has adjusted some of our normal operating procedures. We are currently following COVID-19 safety precautions within our programs that include:
A daily (email) COVID waiver must be completed by families each day before coming to school.
Student temperatures will be taken each day by Weekday School Administrative staff.
Students will be in classroom ‘bubbles’ each day. They will not combine with other classes for recess and/or gym time.
If your family were to travel our venture out of your family ‘bubble,’ before /during your camp week, please let the school know by emailing Elizabeth Angerson or Alicia Cooper, or calling the office at (704) 366-9681.
Families must sign off on the Parent Handbook Acknowledgements for the COVID Amendments before their first week of summer camp.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Please help us keep camp on schedule by getting your child to camp on time. Know that we serve a high volume of campers, and we ask for your patience as we help children in and out of their cars during drop-off and pick-up. Doors will open for the car line at 8:55 am and 12:55 pm. Teachers will assist students to and from the classroom each day. Please have your nametag visible in the rearview mirror for pick-up.
What to Pack
Check the weather daily and dress your camper accordingly! Be sure to label EVERYTHING you send to camp with your camper!
